Over three to six months, we partner with your leadership team to audit your current culture, redesign your wellness and conduct frameworks, facilitate a workshop series, deliver ongoing leadership coaching, and provide implementation support every step of the way. This is not a one-day training or a report that collects dust. It is a living, evolving partnership built on trust, evidence, and a shared commitment to institutional transformation. The 3-month partnership is $12,000. The 6-month partnership is $18,000. Both include customized deliverables, regular check-ins, and direct access to Rosalinda throughout the engagement.
