DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all digital ebooks and guidebooks purchased directly through the SEED Consulting, LLC website.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Our ebooks are digital products delivered electronically. No physical book or other physical product will be shipped. Because customers receive access to downloadable content after completing their purchase, digital products cannot be physically returned.
For this reason, all ebook purchases are final and nonrefundable.
SEED Consulting, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, personal preferences, failure to review the product description, or incompatibility with a customer’s preferred reading application or device.

Please carefully review the ebook title, description, format, price, and other product information before completing your purchase.

DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that their device can open the digital file format provided. If you do not receive your ebook or experience difficulty downloading or accessing the file, please contact us for assistance.
When requesting technical assistance, include your full name, order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the problem. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download link. Reporting a technical issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same ebook or that a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

APPLICABLE LAW
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, SEED Consulting, LLC will comply with that requirement.
